Recently and beautifully remodeled, very clean, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurants, beautiful view (our room faced the city). It's good to see this older but very nicely located hotel finally fulfiling its potential. I liked the modern design of the hotel in general and of the room in particular, the great pool area, the diversified breakfast, the Tirol Restaurant and the beautiful view of the entire Siania station from the balcony at the 7th floor.

Everything. the swimming area, jaccuzi. Hotel offered a good range of facility, was clean, and within close proximity of the centre. Great spa and swimming pool area. Good Italian and Tirol restaurants. Room and bathroom. In our room, air conditioning meant only heating - by design. In Sinaia even the summers are generally cool, but still the temperature in the room would not drop below 24 C. In a four star hotel I would expect more than having to open and close the window during the night to get the desired temperature. Restaurants with little options for children (7-12). Staff a little bored. I waited 15 min in Tirol and nobody came to us to ask if we need something. We gave up and went to other restaurant. I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was really a splendid holiday. Only one thing: we stayed 6 nights, 2 families, and they basically did not clean much the rooms during our stay, just changed the towels and brought toiletries, lazy staff. streets are recovering and can not see the end result soon as I will not come in until after the restoration Sinaia streets. I would like some brochures/info about thinks to do or visit, options/excursions to see places around the area... Spa facilities a little crowded. spa - litlle, suitable for max 6-8 persons. Breakfast, not bad, but poor choice and display. No mention that the Italian restaurant was closed for a personal party, and that was our chosen place to eat. - very small swimingpool - bowlling not so nice and rather exepnsive - no bathtub in the room, only showers. Noise of doors when closed.Some music ( a piano)and lots of flowers at the entrance would give more life to this lovely place. The water in the swimming pool was very cold!. The elevators is working very hard and are inadequate for capacity. Also no where to park the car, and the parking lot is extremely small. There is no remarks in the letsbookhotel.com that they don't acceptAmerican express and we had to pay cash It took us more than one hour to check out :-(. the meal in the panoramic restaurant, also the service in the restaurant. and the bath attendant was not very friendly. Staff local knowledge was poor. The bowling and entertainment center is closed for weeks (summer break from 17th - 31st July) without mentioning it on the site or during booking. There was a party in the main restaurant on March 16, 2013 and we could not sleep until 4 am even our room was at the 5th floor. Our complaints to the hotel staff remained unanswered, even if we have a one year old daughter that could not sleep. We paid for a nightmare. The hotel is not interested in private guest as it seems to cater for huge conferences. Not recommended.
