Zenith - Top Country Line - conference & spa Hotel (former Golden Tulip Mamaia) is located right on the beach, in the northern part of the resort. The hotel offers relaxing services at an additional cost: access to the outdoor swimming pool, beach lounge-chairs rental during the summer, all year round access to the “private sauna & jacuzzi” in the hotel and to the only SPA located right on the beach (starting with June 2016).
The hotel has the largest and most modern conference center on the Romanian Riviera, with versatile spaces and equipment and with a large and spectacular terrace facing the sea.
Zenith - Top Country Line - conference & spa Hotel rooms are small but comfortable (21 m² - bathroom and balcony included) equipped with LED TV, minibar, safe, blackout curtains, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Only some of the rooms are oriented directly to the east, painting a spectacular view towards the sunrise and the sea. The Sea View rooms are priced higher than the Standard ones which are western, southern or northern oriented. All rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. Some of the Standard, Junior and Family rooms are slightly larger, but with smaller balcony.
Wi-Fi internet connection is completely free in the entire hotel, including the rooms.
The hotel has a lounge-bar with terrace Junona and a classic restaurant Jupiter with two distinct halls: one for serving breakfast and all buffet meals and another one with "à la carte" service, both halls have large terraces overlooking the promenade, beach and sea.
Breakfast is rich and varied, with fresh and daily diversified products. Buffet type meals pre-orders can be taken only for the period from June to August and only for lunch, dinner being served exclusively “à la carte" from the restaurant menu.
Lounge-bar is open until midnight and offers a selection of fine spirits, selected wines, different beers, fresh juices, and coffee drinks in a relaxing ambience topped off with quality music.
Pool tables, dart games, chess or backgammon can be rented at the hotel’s front desk or bar and as for the children they have a special place where they can watch cartoons, draw or play under an adult supervision; while supervising the children, adults have the option of using massage armchair located nearby, at an additional cost.
The hotel is located at about 8 km from the Constanta city center. The nearest bus stop is 100 m away. Mamaia Resort center and the gondola are located at 2 km away. The biggest, most exclusive and requested Clubs are located at less than 1 km distance, reachable also in a short walking along the shore.

The hotel is directly on the beach, it is very clean and the staff is friendly. The guests can use the outdoor swimming pool for free. Next time we will visit Mamaia we will book again Golden Tulip.

Because of the construction of the hotel the beach in front of the hotel is verry small. I play for a hotel of the4 stars but i got one of 3. The pool wasn't ready , the children zone was closed. Beach loungers were not mounted And the food of the restaurant was verry bad and the personal not cooperant. I will never returne.
Not a real 4 star hotel, the heating wasnt' working, poor breakfast, only one power outket was working, no wi-fi in the room...
Run down property, lack of service, unhelpful staff, value for money.
I was desapointed because the beach on the front of the hotel was not free tax for the guests of the hotel.
Hotel was overpriced, as is everything else in Mamaia. You get a lot more for your money in other places.
Air conditioning in the room was unable to keep the room under 24 degrees, even when we set it to keep 10 degrees.
