1) clean / quiet renovated hotel 2) located almost on the beach (no other hotel between you and the beach, but there are many stairs to descend/climb) 3) free children's play facilities that we used a lot 4) quite easy to find a free parking spot 5) swimming pool with free access / but one has to pay for the sun lounger 6) located in the northern part of the resort, it is well insulated from the noise produced during each night by the infernal howling terraces in the center part of the resort.
all reviews » Very close to the beach and a beautiful view of the sea (although in front of the hotel there is only a tiny strip of sand, you can walk 15 min to get a better place). Rooms are not big, but large enough and furniture was modern style. It was clean and sanitary installations worked well. Buffet breakfast (included) was good. Parking available next to the hotel. The airco was also fine. Pleasantly impressed, in general!. Hotel was nice surprise versus the surroundings. We got our room earlier as we came with the baby, which was really nice from the staff. The room and entire hotel were clean, newly renovated. Daily cleaning and fresh amenities. The hotel is in quiet area ,outside of center cca 2 km .Is recommended for family with chidren , close to beach , excelent swimmpool , excelent room ,very clean and excelent breakfast . The hotel complex, pools and beach has the nice Charming realtion with the architecture of the Old Romania. Personal is very attentive and polite. Near the sea, clean rooms, no loud music around, friendly stuff, at the shore you can always find place for taning (it's not free, 20 RON a day). Location near the sea. Clean room, pretty comfortable. 1) faulty sewage system (part of the water from the shower gathers into the bath room) 2) lack of matrimonial bed (though we requested one / we had the two smaller individual beds united) 3) no balcony - but we new that at the moment of booking 4) quite small bathroom, but clean. At some hours, difficult to find a free table, while 1/4 of the restaurant was "Reserved". No balcony. The breakfast was the same everyday. Coffee was really bad and the juice is purely chemical. But you have the option across the street with sea view to have nice espresso. The beach is small and overcrowded, narrow stairs leading from the hotel, not suitable if you have small kids and lots of stuff to carry. Expensive sunbeds on the beach. Even has owner swimmpool ,the guest must pay for umbrellas and chairs at swimmpool. Beach acess is old and dificult. Walking connection to other beaches by side and closer to the center, is dirty and not transitable by foot. No place to wet clothes. Same breakfast each day. No place to dry wet clothes. Less furniture in the room. No wireless in the room, and the food at the restaurant (if you choose to eat lunch or dinner) is pretty simple and expensive(the same stuff you find at the push-the-tray places, but more expensive). Also, waitresses can't remember the order?!?!?. The hotel looks very old ouside. poor, repetitive breakfast. room rather small, no balcony, poor choice of foods and no variations for breakfast. isolated beach in front of the hotel but very small and crowded. Breakfast was awfull. Room too small, poor breakfast, poor staff service in restaurant. Old fashioned room small bathroom no balcony in our room. The breakfast was quite poor for the price charged. We also tried dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant and lunch at the brasserie in front of the hotel. They were both really dissapointing, the food was not fresh, the mashed potatoes were sour and the lemonade musty. The pool walls and the pavement were dirty.
