A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. Transfer from Constanta - Kogalniceanu Airport or from Bucharest Airport is subject to a charge. Transfer from the railway station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free. Only cash payments are accepted. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Constanta Residence Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Information about the area

The apartments are located in the Tomis Nord Ciresica area in Constanta or in Ovidiu Square, close to the Mamaia Resort and the Ovidius University Campus. They are 2 km from the city centre, 3 km to the railway station and 4 km to the Constanta Port. Mamaia is the largest resort on the Romanian Black Sea, it is 8 km in length and only 300 metres in width, being a strip of land between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol. The beach season is at its best between mid May and late September, with average daytime temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The water is warm until late autumn.
