The staff in the club lounge were absolutely fab... Service was fantastic... Everything was perfect!!!!

Hotels all write to us guest about saving the environment not using the towels and water etc.... But one thing I've noticed that there is too much paper work around the room which is unnesscessary which could all be done now via hotel TV interaction... Just a thought!!!!

Sofia guest relations was excellent and helped so much she is a credit to the Hotel. Also Levy and her staff in the Habanos were so friendly and gave an excellent service. Staff through out were friendly.

Seemed a strange range access to the outside pool area. The service in the breakfast area was a little too fant when taking away empty plates etc. sometimes we had barely put the cutlery down when they were at the table. Just given a little longer rather then instant would improve things. A better selection of beers for International guests such as beers as well as lager'S. Reduced prices in the bars. Sheraton was cheaper beers and food and had an excellent bar to compare.

Very quiet, it felt like you where really far away from the bustle of the city. It was indeed very relaxing and my wife really enjoyed the her massage, she said it was one of the best she had had.

If i had to fault anything it would be the service at the outdoor pool and please understand i am really trying hard to find something to complain about. The service at the poolside in comparison to the rest of the hotel was not as good but overall even here it was still very good in reality.

بصراحه الفندق راقي والغرف نظيفه وتعاملهم للزبائن ممتاز والخدمه كذلك ممتازه من ناحية الموقع جميل وبعيد عن زحمة المدينه

الجو حار داخل لوبي الفندق وانت ماشي لتوصل الغرفه كتمه وحر. وهذا اللي ماعجبني وكذلك مواقف السيارات للفندق غير مظلله

friendly staff, location is good clean hotel

it is shame for this luxury hotel that there is no free wifi we are paying a lot of money to stay for one night and they told us you have to pay 100 rayals to get Wi-Fi at room

Everything - the staff did everything possible to make my stay relaxing and pleasant! The views are superb and the food is excellent. The Club Lounge is a definite plus!

The reception people is more than excellent friendly helpful and the room size is very good and also the view from the room is fabulous ....I really enjoy

The break fast is not variable ....the swimming pool is sharing there is not private for the female also there is no intertament facility for the girl (the teenage)

Lots of things were very impressive. Mainly the hotel staff who were very friendly and cooperative. I have also tried the food in the Italian restaurant and I have to record my great appreciation to quality of services and food. Breakfast also was nice. I like to know the opinion of the hotel about me. Especially Miss. Laura from front desk.

I liked the Family Activities that were available for ritz carlton residents and guests with children. I also liked the breakfast and the variety of healthy food provided.

I was disappointed to find that there is no female gym. As a Bahraini citizen I was a previous member of the ritz carlton gym for females which has a lovely spa. I wish that this may be considered in the future for the women of qatar.

Bathroom in the indoor swimming pool is not so clean...needs frequent cleaning..

I really love everything in this hotel,it is one of the best hotel I stay in the world,I stay in big and luxurious hotels when ever I travel but I feel a different environment with a unique touch in ritz Carlton I will recommend it even to the president of my country this is a really superb facility from the lobby to the wellness center and the restaurant are all wonderful I can't wait to come back with my wife to enjoy this wonderful hotel with her,I love the gym,the beach garden,the spa,the restaurant,the way rooms are clean and reclean over again,the all smiling staff from the front door when u arrive to the front desk,porters,security well train,restaurant staff well trained,the lobby is also wonderful with all the ladies smiling when serving u what u want,I will always be in ritzcalton when in Doha.

I did not yhe room cleaning and the services was not standarads depends in your relation with staff . It was not worth the money that I spent. They charge me for wi-fi & breakfast

Luxurious place.

Very very cold room even when switch off the a/c Shower is so unpractical. Water is weak from shower! Very expensive food with normal quality! Access to swimming pool goes through lobby!!!!!!!!!? Unhelpful staff! I cut my stay short (1 night instead of 3)

The room was dirty when I received it. The extra bed wasn't comfortable at all.

The staff were friendly

The hotel was old; the AC was not working properly; the bathroom was an old style; the keys were not working and most of the time we had to go and activate; all the restaurants were closed on friday morning; the room service took a long time to deliver.
