I liked the unintentional retro-funky look to the property. It was neat in so many ways....cool pool, restaurant, greenery, etc. The desk personnel were both greate. The staff was really nice, the facilities were very nice too, I looked the look and decoration of the place. It's a perfect spot to have a local feel of Puerto Rico. I deeply enjoyed talking with the staff. They were great and really helpful, as well, with directions for getting around town.

We loved the accessibility to the city, the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. It's a very cozy hotel and it's near the best places to visit in San Juan. Good facilities, free parking, free breakfast. Great for the value. Some staff members are very nice and hard working. The localization is very nice, close to all. friendly service and beautifully decorated. Everything. Upon arriving we were greeted the moment we opened the door. The gentleman(cant remember name) was very busy multitasking but was outstanding,..checked us in, showed us to our upgraded Villa which we loved and even served us drinks poolside while we took a dip. This hotel was horrible. There was nothing that I liked about the hotel. It was close to the beach. location. Our room needed painting. It was extremely basic (similar to a college dorm room), and the hallway leading to our room was also in need of painting. Our mattress was noisy, indicating it was old and in need of replacing. It felt small. The sunroof is for about one or two people, max and the pool area only had about 3 tables. Nothing. They offered free wi-fi but it only was availability in certain points of the hotel because our room was on the second floor there was no wi-fi service. Even though the hotel is nice and clean it needs a little work in terms it needs a little upgrade. Like as on the beds and sheets for example. More selection at breakfast and the hotel doesn't have hot water. Ok. The only complain that I have is for the breakfast. It's very simple. Only toast, juice and only one kind of fruit, also coffee for whom like the coffe, I don't. Parking. room was dirty and beds were not made in a proper manor nor did they look like they even looked clean. A little sweep and wet mop and a vacuum would be perfect. room not dusted in months, worst coffee we had which discouraged us from trying any other food offered there. no wifi in rooms only lobby and pool area, low water pressure sometimes none. Rooms very small and unappealing. The hygiene was awful!! They did not clean the bathroom properly (there was left over food in the sink and bath. There were pubic hair in the towels and the sink was leaking water). There was not hot water.The shower did not work so we had to change room. The shower in the new room did not work either. The room stinks!! **We're hippie so we re not expecting some nice. Always we stayed in the cheapest hotel even if they have bad rating and usually we're happy but this Hotel is not worth it!!. Location. very bad service at night, the guy at the front desk didn't have access to the bar so I was not able to get a simple bottle of water. The hotel was filthy dirty. The room, sheets, & bathroom was filthy dirty. The air condition was not cooling the room. The bathroom was so small with no sufficient running water to take a proper shower. Bed sheets was stained. Pool was filthy dirty. The entire hotel needs to be completely cleaned and renovated. Needs lots of cleanliness at this hotel. I would never book a room again at this hotel!. The room was very small, the bathroom was so small one could not dry off in there once out if the shower. No elevator or staff to help patrons up 3flights of stairs with luggage. The cont. Brkfst consist of toast, coffee and banana; flimsy locks on the room door. Just an overall disappointment !. Original reservation amount was for $178.00 for two nights. My credit card was billed at time of reservation for $214.02. The room provided had a terrible odor. Staff said no other rooms available and nothing could be done to eliminate odor. This place is an old dump. Electric outlets didnt work. Very poor lighting. Not a good neighborhood. Breakfast was a joke....banana,powdered juice,instant coffee and a cinnamon-oatmeal cookie! It is close to the ocean. A 1 on a scale of ten. Avoid.
