This hotel is in a very central location. The staff went out of their way to help us. The price was really good considering the quality of the hotel. It is very close to the airport - Jim

Giant room with kitchen, excellent view from the window (I've stayed on the 10th floor), huge and very comfortable bed. Very very quiet. Staff at the lobby was extremely friendly and helpful. Underground station "Marques Pombal" just a few minutes away from Hotel. - Anonymous

The staff of the hotel (particularly the two women on staff during the morning of July 3, 2008) were very helpful. We also stayed at the hotel on June 23-24, and those two women were there when we discovered that my wife lost her wallet and identification. Our luggage was also lost in transit. Those two staff members were very patient and helpful, and they should get a raise. - Anonymous

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We had four people in our room and there was plenty of space. We had purchased a phone card, which actually wouldn't work for us and one of the staff bought it back. The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast was good. The only drawback is that it is a little hard to get to because of construction. A great value! - Jennifer

Very good and safe location, metro/buses nearby, business district. Friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Internet access (wifi) was available in the room and not too expensive. Good value for money. - Ulisses

The room was very clean and tidy with good amount of space. The breakfast was great and location was close enough to walk to the old town. The buling was much nicer than many of the hotels around it. Would highly recommend. - William

Friendly staff, taxi stand outside (quite convenient for extremely earlyflight out); nice location. Very clean room. Fast internet at acompetitive cost. Overall, suited my needs very well, at a veryreasonable cost comparative to other available hotels in the area. - Matthew
