The apartment itself is nice and new and clean, everything you need is there i. e. superfast WiFi. Its on the 7th floor and there is an elevator. The guy who handed the keys and showed us the place speaks very good english. The apartment is only a short walk from the main attractions. Das Apartment ist nett, neu und sauber, es gibt alles, was man braucht, z. B. ein schnelles WLan. Das Apartment ist im 7.Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug. Der Mann, der uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat, spricht sehr gu.
all reviews » Good location near buses, trams and Rynek. Shops nearby for groceries. Lovely shower! Having a balcony was a bonus as sometimes apartments can be stuffy. Bright and comfy. Had a visit by a tabby cat who scared us by sitting on the window ledge!!! Fantastic options for vegan and veggie food - recommend Machina Organika and Vega near Rynek. Very clean apartments, within 5 min walk to city center. Big flat TV. Wi-fi. Comfortable bed/linen. More than enough of kitchenware for the stay. Supermarket is close to the apartment. Owner is very friendly. This is just like a flat for rent in usual multi storey building, but inside it's really comfortable. Apartament was clean and tidy. Nice location and clean quiet apartment. The owner of the house is really kind lady and helped me a lot about the Wroclaw city. The building itself looks shabby and there is a smell when you enter the building and again on the 7th floor (not in the apartment!), coming from a neighbors apartment, who obviously own cats. Anyway, we liked the place!. Nothing - but be advised that the apartment is on the 7th floor of a block - also make sure you know some Polish as English is not widely spoken (German helps too). Be careful with the beer - very strong and also quite cheap. We had some problems with car park, not enough free space on the street. Another disadvantage was two little cockroaches on the kitchen. Location not best for railway/bus stations. Not far from city centre though not an inspiring walk. Immediate surroundings not inspiring. Owner not on site and had to make appointment to collect keys. Mattress was not comfortable, and the building entrance was dirty and smells awful but the apartment was clean. Everithing was OK. Creaky bed and uncomfortable mattress. Pictures from the entrance of the building should be found in letsbookhotel.com. This is the only thing surprised me when I reached the building.
