The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hotel, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, .
all reviews » The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch). Everything, staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Technology used was amazing. Both the bedroom and seeting lounge downstairs were very comfy and relaxing. Easy access to the internet throughout the hotel be it on your own device or on the many i-pads provided by the hotel for customer use. I cant wait to go back. I have never been as impressed by a hotel as i have been with the Puro, Not even the Hilton comes up as good. Super friendly and very helpful young ! Staff who guided us through arrival procedures etc. Enjoyed a local delicacy cooked by resident chef. This Hotel is excellent value in a quiet area close to town centre and so modern almost futuristic? Thank you Puro for an unforgettable stay. This hotel is a right spot. Good value for money and fairly close to the main square. Only 5 or 6 minute walk from the 406 bus for the airport too which is also idea (30 min journey). In the lobby you have several iPads with internet in addition to wifi - overall def recommend it. It was an excellent hotel. Staff was very kind and friendly. We stayed for three nights and found the hotel, to be very comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location convenient for the Market Square. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with good quality cotton bedding. The hotel was modern, clean and friendly. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in organising a day trip and the breakfast each day was excellent. A great hotel located near the main square with cosy bars and restaurants directly opposite. The best thing was that we arrived at 7 in the morning and check-in time is at 15. They gave us coffee, and inform us immediately when they had room avalible what was very soon. All the staff was great, frendly and helpful. The food was very nice and fresh and very well done and well presented. My daughter and I both enjoyed staying there. The staff were very helpful as I am disabled and they helped me with things I couldn't manage to carry. The techno aspect of the hotel was a lot of fun. The sensored bathroom lights were unnecessary and came on when you didn't want them to, but then not when you wanted them to! I ended up having a shower in a disco most days, as the lights kept coming on and going off all the time! I'm capable of turning a light switch on and off, so this was not needed!. Feeling inadequate amongst such technologies! I am an older guy!. No tea or coffees making facilities in the room. The rooms are all small but adequate. The coffee machine kept running out of water. The automatic light in the bathroom did not always turn off.These are very minor issues. I'd rather have more privacy on the toilet. Could have been more variety of food. The bottles of wine were a bit expensive for room service. Would have liked a gym or spa or sauna, but you cannot have everything. The entire bathroom, including the toilet, is in a glass "cube." I was traveling with my 19-yr-old son. It was more difficult to ensure privacy when using the shower or toilet, especially if one of us had left the room and wanted to re-enter. Nothing !. Internet connectivity very poor on the first floor Staff provided an iron and ironing board only after the second request Shortage of water and phone connection for a few hours (however, as they say it was a kind of emergency). A little further than expected from the market square but still easily walkable. Breakfast was a litlle basic. wished there would have be better explanations in English how to deal with the high tech. breakfast expensive (40 zl per person), during my stay lots of ongoing construction around, there was no fridge in the room. Hotel wanted to charged me more (54pln) although it was non refundable reservation and I was charged. When I asked about the reason, the receptionist wasn't able to explain it me and she blamed letsbookhotel.com. Finally they did not charged me but I was disappointing. A little bit too sophisticated. Takes time to know to use all the electronics. No water in the hotel for a few hours without advance notice. Ironing board was provided after the second request. Wifi was rubbish in the bedroom. Curtains don't close fully. Bathroom lights are on a sensor so keep going on and off when ur having a shower. Not enough English channels on the TV. I do not have anything I did not like. Nothing to dislike...all is just great!. Arrived off flight mid-day. Told room not available until 3. This was subsequently changed and got into my room around 12:30. nothing. Nothing.
