That was a first time I stayed in this hotel and I will be staying there again for sure. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Arrived on Friday the 8th of March ( Women's Day ) and recived the flower from the reception staff :) Breakfast was served from 6:30 until 10:30 and no problem with room service - everything was freshly made and very tasty. Room and bathroom very clean and cleaned daily. Hotel Tychy is just in the center of the town with lots of different pubs and restaurants arou.

There was a nice buffet assortment at breakfast & staff will cook eggs freshly for you on request. There is a train station across the road from the hotel but don't make the mistake we did & get off the train at Tychy - the station you need is Tychy Grota Roweckiego!. Have stayed at Hotel Tychy several times as we have family in the city. An excellent, well run friendly hotel in a central location. The continental style breakfast is ouitstanding with a varied selection which should cater for everyone. Great location, right in the middle of the city. Shopping mall, although small, 1 minute away. The Kaya restaurant is OK, hit and miss, depends on the staff. Very comfoartable beds & pillows. Nice, big, clean bathrooms. Good location, good breakfast,. location. The only minus is that their isn't any double beds - I had two singles that I put it together but still beds are very comfy and I had a good night sleep. Nothing. The rooms always seem to be too hot. I had to have the window open during the night. The aircon is not great and should be modernized. Breakfast is terrible - please try and improve. I often stay at this hotel. Last stay, I had problem with WIFI. Speed was extremely low, couldn't use it. Reception said was because hotel occupation was high... really needs to be improved!. The electronic key did not work. We waisted an hour waiting and waiting and then went out to eat. :-( Two hours later the key was ok. The hotel changed the breakfast schedule from 10.30 to 10.00 without telling us, that is really bad service. The restaurant was closed two days - not mentioned in any way. They charged 20 Zloty per day for parking, which has not been mentioned on the webpage. If you pay with your own money, choose another hotel. They charge you for everything Internet 14 Euros Parking 18 Euros There is not shampoo included in the room, only liquid soap.
