I had made a note in my booking form that I would arrive at 04.00. On identifying myself, the door was opened without any waiting and the check-in transaction completed quickly and professionally. The attitude of the staff is of the very best. Hotel is placed in very comfortable part of the city, very close to both railway station and bus station. About 5 minutes to the city center and 10 minutes to walk to largest mall. Free Wi-Fi is a plus too.

Nice lookin european hotel just infront of trainstation and near busstation. Perfect place to have a rest before next trip. If you go by plane,bus to airport stops just infront of the hotel. This hotel is splendid. The staff are most professional and the general running of the hotel is conducted in the same manner. It is very quiet even though it is opposite a railway station. We stayed in this hotel just for night but definitely were suprised by its price/quality. Hotel is very clean and cosy with spacios newly decorated rooms, incl. Bathroom. Veru modern and claen hotel, well equiped rooms (water, tea, coffee etc.) Location (close to the railway and bus stations, 5 min. to the Galeria Rzeszow Shopping mall). location is great, staff were very helpfull and spoke a good english, rooms were very clean and comfortable.. Price was very reasonable, would definately recommend. İt is very close to rail station. when u go out from station, you can see the hotel. and also it is very close to old town and galeria shopping mall. location, I have stayed here about four times due to its closeness to the bus/train station its perfectly suited if your travelling on. I'd like to see a couple more, given that many foreigners have English as one of their languages. Wifi speed could be better. Missing free and safe parking. Breakfast is not included. Nothing. pillows !!! pillows !!!!...........I have yet to have a good nights sleep in this hotel, the pillows are so soft that they flatten out completly when you place your head down. Its a common thing in Polish hotels these days. There wasn't soap in the tube at the washbasin, but I think this problem could be easily resolved if we hotify hotel's staff. As we stayed only for one night, we do not worry about it and used soap from the tube at the shower. Nothing. Last visit I tried the basic single room but found it to be too small. For future visits will book a superior room. All good to say, no aadverse comments. The Qchnia restaurant is not really great. the room was a bit small, but no problem. No soap in the bath. Slightly noisy street. The breakfast wasn't to my taste, particularly the hot food. It didn't seem to be value for money. Location and views. there was no soap in the bathroom and had to ask for it twice (in the evening and then the following afternoon). nothing to complain about. You need a restaurant with hot meals late in the evening. Even if I asked in the moment of the booking for a car parking, when I’ve arrived at the hotel, late in the night, the single option was to park the car in a parking note very close by the hotel. Having a look in the hotel parking, I’ve realized that were some available spaces for which the personal from the reception hadn’t any explanation. I was asked to mention next time that I need the parking only in the hotel yard …. Every thing especially how to deal with permanent customer that's why I won't recommend this hotel to any friends.
