Terrible cleaning staff noisy during the day. You can hear every whisper from the next room, some idiot was designing walls with no insulation. Noisy drilling at afternoon break from the other floor.

I loved the distance to the main square, it was just around the corner from the main square. Perfect position. Nice quiet street. Superior Studio was beautiful stone and modern facilities, cleaned every day with fresh towels every day, perfect 4 night stay .

There was nothing I didnt like.

They were undertaking renovation works whilst we there, so the reception looked like a building site. Saying that, we were just unlucky timing wise, it will be lovely when completed.

Location,2 mins to town square and xmas market.Reception girls were very helpful.The rooms were very comfortable and we are looking forward to returning to this hotel when we return to Krakow.

No English tv channels,minor problem as we didn't go to Krakow to watch tv.

Great location close to the Main Square. Friendly staff who organised shuttle service from airport and arranged sightseeing trips with pick up from the hotel. Good size modern room with a brilliant power shower. Lovely breakfast available from the adjoining restaurant which was very reasonably priced and very filling. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only a few of minor things that could have made the hotel even better was that it needed a mirror in the bedroom as the only mirror for drying hair, applying make up etc was in the bathroom. The TV received no English speaking channels and the cups in the kitchenette were small coffee cup size when a mug would have been better.

Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street. Very efficient heating system and spotlessly clean.The staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful. We also took the breakfast option which was served in the adjoining restaurant/bar. Very filling, good choice and beautifully presented. Would I recomend the hotel? Yes, with hardly a reservation.

The hotel is obviously a work in progress, so there were things that looked a bit unfinished - unless that's part of the quirky, arty impression we are supposed to get. A new reception desk was under wraps whilst the young lady who welcomed us sat at an old table in an adjoining room, huddled next to an equally ancient two bar fire! Signage was almost non-existent outside the hotel; a pity because the place has lots to shout about.

Nothing really, we would, due to a late departing airplane, preferred to delay checkout till 1800, but we were allowed to stay untill 1400 so it was acceptable.

The location is perfect, close to the main square. Lots of restaurants & bars around. I really like the style of the hotel. Different from other places I have stayed before. The dinner food at the restaurant in the hotel was really good. Tasty and good value for money.

The hotel is not finished yet, you can see undergoing work. But it didn't disturb our stay. I think reception are needs to be improved. More welcoming and small reception desk instead of normal desk.

we were a family of 4 incjuding 2 teenagers. the room we got was spacious and originally decorated and incliuded almost everything we needed for the 1 night we spent there the lication is excelelnt and the price we got was very good

The apartments were of a high standard I loved the decor. It was convenient to nice bars and great value restaurants .the breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was lovely but quite expensive .we had dinner there one night and it was fab fine dining .Overall a great stay would love to return

Accommodation was clean and comfortable, located very close to the square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were made to feel very welcome. Some building work was in progress but this did not spoil our stay. Will look forward to seeing the completion on our next visit as we will defiantly stay there again

The location, just off main square was brilliant. The welcome was warm and friendly and the room was large and have cooking facilities, but we did not use them. The breakfast were excellent and we would definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

It wasn't a problem but there was a bit of building work going on in the lobby. It was only during working hours and it didn't cause usany problems.

I really cannot recommend this place enough, clean, friendly staff, excellent location, close to sights, good restaurants etc. and quiet.

Parking is an issue if you have a vehicle. No on site parking available and difficult to find parking close by. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The quality of refurbishment is to a high standard. Staff are very friendly and professional. Central location is great. Didn't mind the building work because you can see what a fantastic place it will be when complete.

We stayed in one of the Mansard studios. Great except the blinds to the atrium allow too much light through (needs black out blinds or a curtain in front - also blinds to the top windows above the atrium) and the adjacent studio is visible and vice versa; also noise from adjoining room at night.

The accommodation was close to the main square and within easy walking distance of tour companies pick up points. Reception staff were friendly. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. The restaurant attached to the aparthotel provided an excellent breakfast menu and reasonably priced, delicious main meals.

Rooms facing the hostel are noisy and sleep is disrupted especially at the weekend. Milk was not replenished for the tea and coffee. Housekeeping was basic during our stay. Not enough vegetarian meals offered in the restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff always willing to offer advice. The hotel couldn't be better placed being just far enough off the main square to avoid the noise.

Could have done with better soundproofing but this applies to most hotels/apartments.

The hotel was located in the perfect position for visits to the centre. The staff were very helpful and it was easy to book trips, and taxis through them. The room was simply stunning and extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic location close to main square; lots of space in the apartment; two separate rooms perfect for our family.

The situation of the hotel. The ambiance. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The staff were very accommodating. The fact that they requested their guests to refrain from making a noise after ten pm. The breakfast supplied by the hotel next door was very good.

It would have been useful to have extended the house rules to the use of high heels. The tiled floored transferred the noise exceptionally well to the lower floors. The hotel is works in progress, not that it was inconvenient really.

The apartment was just off the main square and was very well decorated and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night and the beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

The outside of the building looks run down and reception is being done up. but neither of those cosmetic things affected our stay.
