excellent location (near malls and restaurants) , good price and friendly, polite, efficient staff. spacious studio with f/freezer m/wave. utensils , etc. available on request .good air con. powerful shower. free parking.nice rooftop pool and a small gym. Very close to SM Megamall Free Wifi and free breakfast The staff there are very nice, helping me to grab a taxi even i was out off the hotel Big space, i ordered a suite with 1 room and they gave a 2 rooms:).
all reviews » Best part I liked is the huge space in the room where we stayed, and also the huge space for the lounge and kids playroom. The amenities are very helpful and practical, especially that it's a condotel. Friendly and pleasant behavior of every staff member I met...especially lobby guards, front desk, room cleaning boy, restaurant. Value for money, great location close to business and shopping centers. Helpful staff. the front office staff is excellent n service is immaculate. Budget-friendly Big Rooms. i will come back 100%. Only the location. a little dated (2 fiddly old fashioned keys to open/lock door)and rooms in need of some minor renovation. the apartment needs to be cleaned more clearly, there are cockroachs!. Executive Lounge breakfast had very limited selection of food items. Hope they can improve it, cause we felt like we were eating the same dish for 2 consecutive mornings. A notice with a formal message which I received on the previous night of check out reminding me on the check out date and time with a justification that the room I am staying is already booked. I never asked for any extension. Instead of giving me a formal letter, they could have call me over intercom or speak to me in person in an informal manner if the intention was to remind me about my travel plans. No daily room housekeeping. I had to remind them over three times but no housekeeping was ever done except for towel replacement and replenishment of complimentary bottled water. cant think of any. Aircon not cold enough. none. The aircon was leaking overnight, we have to use the towel to dry the floor. The pool wasn't clean in the morning. The smell of the corridors. I also had the privilege to kill 2 cockroaches with my shoes. Reception staff most unhelpful when I asked for getting in little earlier that the normal check-in time since I had been traveling for 24 hours. All I got was "Sir, we cannot promise you anything". It took 30 mins for the luggage to be delivered to the room. Internet connection slow and unreliable.
