Everything. Perfect. This hotel is just slightly over two years old. The decor from the hotel lobby to our room was amazingly beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you expect in the hotel room is available; from bathrobes to slippers, bottled water everyday, double sinks to luxurious walk-in shower and separate tub. Nice walk-in closet, too. The nightly turn-down service is absolutely wonderful. Delicious liquor-filled chocolates and new bottled water. Slippers on each side.

All round excellent facilities including spa. Everything. The patio is very nice, but we did not use it since there are a lot of mosquitoes. We could not find our bug repellent. - Service at the restaurant is not in line with the standing of the hotel (ex: sommelier did not taste the wine before serving us and was surprised when we told him it was not good, our waiter easily showed his irritation) - Eggs Benedict were really bad (not poached eggs but destroyed eggs). Internet inside the room is not free while it is in reception area hairdresser was not competent but manager managed to negotiate out of this misery. Would recommend !. Having to leave. Wish they could have a warmer temperature for the swimming pool and a jacuzzi for couples. Meals are very expensive though delicious. Smaller portion snacks would be appreciated like tapas. Had two huge tour groups arrive..people in sweat pants taking pictures in every room of the lobby and facilities areas.
