  I have been staying at this family-run boutique hotel in the Amazon jungle frontier city of Iquitos for almost 20 years. All the staff knows me on a first-name basis, knows my preferences and honors them, and treats me like family. I cannot say enough good things about the Victoria Regia. - This was a beautiful hotel, far exceeding our expectations. The room was comfortable and spacious, the included breakfast one of the best, and the location was one block from the river promenade. Expensive for Iquitos but worth it if you are looking for a little Western comfort

  We stayed in 2 rooms ( double, twin for 54 us $ each) for 3 nights altogether. All rooms were spacious with private bathroom, air condition , safety deposit box.
