The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vista from our room was excellent. Scrumptious and lovingly arranged breakfast with wholegrain bread and muesli options. It was included a good and varied breakfast. Confort room with a wonderful Jostedalsbreen views. Poor comfort to some extent: Our room had no closet, no wardrobe, no clothes hooks, no waste paper basket in the room. The door to our room had no keys. 2 of the 4 beds were a narrow studio couch without madrass. The shared bathrooms/lavatory had very small washbasins. Again, no hooks or towel rails. The toilet flushing was weak. It's all about small things that could be fixed with relatively little effort.
