The restaurant Le Maquisard is attractively furnished. A remarkable detail is the ceiling with specially designed lighting. Both the decorative and the central lighting elements are created with exclusive Swarowski crystal.

The kitchen is open from Monday through Saturday from 17:30 to 21:30 and on Sundays from 17:30 to 21:00. Lunch is available on reservation.

In our kitchen the dishes are traditionally prepared with daily fresh products.

In addition to the possibility of an à la carte dinner, you can choose from 3 menus created by the chef.

If you are interested, you can ask the restaurant manager to grant you a look in our kitchen.

It's quiet surroundings, modern hotel rooms, the à la carte restaurant "Le Maquisard" with excellent kitchen, personal service and up-to-date meeting rooms render our hotel also highly attractive for other purposes such as family get-togethers, receptions, weddings, staff parties, etc.
Recently the Paviljoen Hotel has been equipped with 250m2 ultra modern rooms with aircleaning and air-conditioning for meetings and/or parties, a 125m2 recreation room with sauna, solarium, table tennis and a pleasant corner for children to play etc.

Information about the area

The regions of the Veluwe and the Betuwe offer many beautiful cycling paths and routes you can follow by car. Along the way you can have some breaks to enjoy the unique views of the Nederrijn or the blooming Betuwe.

As the name Utrechtse Heuvelrug (Utrecht Ridge) predicts, the region is fairly sloping.

A visit to The Blue Room, a beautiful riverside reserve of 1200 hectares, we can certainly recommend. This reserve is regarded as the most spectacular nature development project in the central Netherlands.
