Extremly friendly hotel staff, making you feel as a special guest. Nice room and quiet outside in De Koog in January.
Nice beds. Good breakfast.
Enough heating in the cold winter weather outside. And hot water in the shower.
We were very happy during our stay.
Only disadvantage; they don´t accept International credit cards. Location, close to centre of de Koog. Bit run down, had to climb up rusty back stairs. Curtians very thin so early awaikening by sun. Some noisy guests either from hotel or from camping ground close to hotel. No toaster in room. all reviews »

Hotel De Zwaluw is a pleasant two star hotel with many options for its guests. The hotel offers tidy and clean rooms en serves an extensive Texel style breakfast buffet.
In the bar/brasserie we serve delicious courses on a daily basis. You can also go in for a Texels Juttertje (local spirit), a typical beer from Texel or a wine from the extensive selection of our wine-rack.
