Very nice hotel in the central part of lakeside. 5 minute walk from the Main Street but still quite.beautifull tropical style garden where they serve a breakfast.spacious room with large bed.before booking this hotel I checked some reviews that they had a problem with the hot water but I don't know about other how they got trouble with hot water but for me whenever I open shower there was a hot water.what I like most of this hotel is staff, very helpfull and smile any time, very well behaved,I .
all reviews » I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had very pleasent days. They gave me free transportation service and showed me kind hospitality at every opportunity. The hotel manager, Dilu,is very professional and friendly. The other young staffs are also well trained and intimated. The young owner, Jitu, is a nice guy. He also runs a steak restaurant nearby on the corner of the main street where you can enjoy good quality of steaks with various kinds of souces. The room was well cleaned and from the . Really excellent staff, especially the manager. We took a trek to Poon Hill with our guide Indra who did a great job and we had a wonderful time! There is a clean, hot shower in the lobby of the hotel for guests which is gas powered so that you can have a hot shower even if the mains power, or their solar power heating is not available at times in the winter. We definitely want to return to Pokhara as there is so much to do which we didn't fit into our 6 nights including a 3 night trek. We woul. The staff were always very attentive and helpful especially the reception manager and also Arjun and Sunji who always ask what else they can do to make the stay more comfortable. The service is impeccable, the food delicious and very ggod value for money. The rooms always clean and very well looked after - as are the other facilities. I especially love the garden - a little oasis of peace and tranquility, close but not too close to the busy main road. The tourist buses they booked for us where . The hotel also gave us free drop to the bus station although we did not book the tickets from them. we would highly recommend Hotel Silver Oaks for its quiet but convenient position,clean sanitary conditions and friendly staffs. 1) The accommodation was faultless. 2) All the staff we met there (Dilu, Indra, Arjun, driver) were nice, thoughtful and really helpful. -- We stayed in Silver Oaks Inn once arrived in Pokhara. Got their help to apply the entry permit and TIMS the next morning and began trekking directly starting with hotel's taxi to Nayapu. Once back from trekking,we stayed there without hesitation. Again they helped to buy tickets to Kathmandu and provided taxi services. This was my home from home in Pokhara. I spent 2 nights here before trekking and then another two afterwards as I liked it so much. Location was great, just off the main drag in central lakeside so quiet at night but everything easily accessible. Deluxe Room was light and spacious and had great views of the mountains from the terrace. Best of all were the wonderful Dilu and his staff who could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much!. The room is clean, bright is nice. There are many beautiful plants in the hotel. We can have meals in the garden. The boss is very kind. He gives good suggestions of visiting Pokhara. He offers fair rate for air ticket and paragliding. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk Manager Arzoon and the owner Mr Jeetu, Made all my booking and travel arrangement promptly always with a smile. Highly recommended. There was free complimentary pick up from Air-port and drop off at bus station. Very nice staff, comfortable rooms. Always hot shower and wifi available. The staff is willing to arrange everything for you from booking flight tickets to arranging any type of excursions. Very recommendable, good value for money. By the way they service nice food. A very comfortable place to stay near the centre of town but yet on a side street where it was nice and quiet with birds and flowers in a lovely garden setting. This on top of a caring staff. Cant think of any. Power outages which were beyond the control of the hotel. I had to do some modification on my reservation. hen I first checked in I told at reception that I will check out for two nights for trekking. it was ok at that moment. Later during checked out,I was asked to pay extra to compensate letsbookhotel.com commission because I did not change my reservation online, but just told to face at reception. Nothing really. Neighbors burned their trash, including plastics, leaving a bad odor in the air. The windows are not so insulating, so when there is noise from the neighbourhood, it comes in. nothing. Nothing. No light and no hot water during the night (we had to wake up at 6am to see the sunset and it was a hell). Bathroom shower was awful. No water and bath was extremely dirty.
