  The rooms and bathrooms are clean . The lifts are not working please repair them . You should have valet services to assist guests to their rooms carry their bags up the stair case. The facilities in the rooms are modern. - Even though the hotel is old, it's recently been renovated and kept in good shape! Very polite and helpful staff!

  Chantelle and all the staff were amazingly friendly and really helpful with anything that we needed. Definitely recommend Tilla's Guesthouse and would stay again. - I just like they tried to repair the mistake immediatelly, because my booking was not done when I arrived!! I´m trying to understand what happened until now!
