The staff was very friendly and flexible, they picked up at the airport and brought us to the Riad. It's in a very good position inside the Medina and very quiet inside. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, we even asked for a dinner that was also good.

No complains. They close the riad at midnight and therefore it's not possible to go out or get in after that time, but I guess they do it for safety reasons. They have a nice terrace on the top of the riad, but it looks like it's not very much used.

A safe heaven from the busy streets of Medina with a personnel that always invites you with a smile :-)

We were father & adult son. Location was ideal for Medina. Staff were friendly and very obliging - went out of their way to be helpful. Everywhere clean and room was superbly air-conditioned.

One of the proprietors, Zacharia, was so helpful, and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed, even if it meant referring us to his competitor.

The location of this riad is great and it has a very authentic, traditional vibe.

This is »oasis of peace« in heart of chaotic Marrakech. We had a ground floor room with direct access to atrium - perfect if you are traveling with children. Very good breakfast and excellent staff.

Staff could not have done more. We were so well looked after and were made to feel so at home. Riad is in a great location and is an oasis of calm in the Medina. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again.

very friendly staff, good location,very close to the central market in the old Medina

breakfast was very very poor, no TV in room,very small room,for credit card payment the hotel charge fees of 2%,and hotel offer transfer from airport to hotel only if the hotel will be paid a minimum of 4 days if no thay take 10euro
