Staying at Dar Hania was an exceptional experience. As we had booked for four we had the entire Riad for ourselves, The staff picked us up at the airport and prepared us a warm welcome with tea and a suprise meal on the house. All the facitlities including our aircondioned rooms where outstanding. The private roof terrace is a perfect place to lay down and relax. The Riad is a short walk away to the famous .Djema el-Fna square. Coming out of the busy Marrakech streets the Riad is an oasis of re.
all reviews » Extremely clean environment, an oasis of rest in the middle of the Medina. We stayed with a 2-year old child and had all the support of the staff, which is extremely friendly, forthcoming and polite. The rooms are furnished in very good taste, the roof terrace invites for breakfast and dinner. The staff prepares very good dishes upon request. We can only recommend this place. the service was superb with a very warm reception and great attentiveness. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. it was a joy to return to the refuge of our room during the heat of the day and to find it a naturally cool place to spend time relaxing while it cooled down outside. the location is also quite central with the souks right on your doorstep!. The staff were absolutely lovely - could not have been more helpful - charming. Lovely room - tastefully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. Great breakfasts. Central location. We were really glad we had arranged to be picked up at the airport because we would never have found it on our own!. Pleasantly surprised. Right from the pick up at the airport to our last day the staff were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely book again if I was to visit Marrakech. I think we liked the fact that we had the whole riad to ourselves. This is absolutely excellent! This is in the middle of authentic Marrakech. Everything is just a few steps away (souks, restaurants, grocery shops). This Dar is very well equipped and located in a silent corner. It was a most pleasant stay. an absolut perfect accomodation for people who are keen in design and this special kind of luxury that no 5***** hotel would be able to give to you. highliy roccomended. and we will come back. The warmest welcome in Morocco!. Rustic feel. That we had to leave after 4 nights. We could have stayed another 4. nothing. We loved everything. Trying hard to think of something - Beds could be a little bigger. One of the showers would sometimes have cold water. Having said that I would still stay here again :). the shower curtain ;-). It was very noisy, the room was poorly noise-isolated The location in one of the souks of Marrakesh is sort of a a shock - you have to get used to it and learn to love it. We didn´t. none.
