Very good selection for breakfast. Perfectly comfortable. Could have been staying in any western hotel. No Moroccan feel at all. Would not stay here if you wanted to experience morocco. It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing, the hotel was outstanding, the location fantastic, if you are going to Fez book this hotel. It was pleasant and nice and clean. The wifi was pretty good. The breakfast was quite a nice variety.

Very nice all inclusive hotel in a location quite close to the train station. It is an easy 25 minutes walk from Ban Boujloub Gate. The building is impressive and very modern so are the rooms. There is free Wifi almost everywhere. - very clean - good location. Good Acomodation. Location. Staff. Modern. Nice decorations both in the main hallway and room, good location but slightly confusing as it is 2.5km away from the old city (Medina). Location is nice. Found design of hotel very sterile after staying in an old caliphs palace on the fez medina. there was NOTHING about this hotel that we didn't like, the only thing was that we were only there for 5 days, too short a time. Anyone who doesn't like the hotel or the staff - then we suggest you stay at home. The only thing that really bothered us is that they had the same song going all day long (no kidding!) on the PA system. restaurant is quite expensive but tasty. The staff at the counter were not helpful or friendly. The hotel advertised wifi in the rooms. It didn't work at any point during the 2-night stay. The two computers in the lobby were overused and not running well either. The pool's hours were short -- until 6:30 pm only. This did not allow for sightseeing and pool time. Poor wifi connection. Not enough hot water in the shower A lot of water problems in the bathrooms. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it costs quite a lot. The restaurant offers food which is quite expensive without being particularly creative.Also, the staff is not capable or willing to offer information about the city, apart from helping you to find a personal guide.And, last, they don't even offer a map, in such a city like Fez!. - had to report lack of wifi in my room 3 times - had to call for a bottle opener 4 times (both reception and room service forgot about my request) - paid the bill in full in the evening to avoid the hassle at 5am, and then asked to pay more on check out (they forgot that the rate for second night was higher). Price paid in local currency revealed to be very diferent than the anouced in booking reservation - booked 65€+Tax and paid 90€... No Hot water after 3.00 am Breakfast poor compared to the others in Morocco. Room need update..... nothing like pictures on site. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. 1. Very expensive breakfast (14€) 2. Reception tried to trick us by offering a taxi ride to the airport that costed 300 MAD instead of the normal 120 MAD (standard price). 3. The "official guide" booked via the reception was less enthusiastic to show us around when she found out we are not interested in buying carpets or anything else, and the visit was shortened - half day means 2h. Might be better to look for a guide elsewhere. Plumbing disaster. Shower head was leaking and hot water intermittent. In general low maintenance of the facilities. Swimming pool still not working . Was not working a year ago.
