This is a basic hotel, with the facilities they mention. The hotel was within walking distance to the medina and the mosque, and we could leave our luggage at the hotel. It was quite ok for one night. If you plan to stay more you might find the room small, old and noisy. To get to the hotel from the train station with the petit taxi, it should cost 20-30 dirhams. The room was plain and basic. But it's probably good enough for its price (budget ~42 euro per night for me in Sept. 2013). The place was quite close to the city center such as Place Mohammed v and Place Nations Unies.

Nothing of them was really in English (except one which showed movies, quite a bit of them were Hollywood movies => English with Arabic subtitles). There was no safe. tv reception erratic and not many channels. All fine for reasonable price. Inevitable street noise in view of its location in Casablanca. Reception was not able to provide any tourism information. AC was not available. Old, somewhat run-down hotel (yet clean). Noisy (street + room neighbors), even though we didn't mind it very much. kind of noisy (both inside and outside), the shower was fix and it was a little bit difficult to use, too long walks to reach the tram or train station. personel not helpfull. When I asked for advice where to have dinner, they told me the place with 3 times higer prices & bad food :( Also the location not in the best dictrict of the city. air condition wasn't working. Not fresh. the room is fair but the staff was unhelpful, one of the staff asked me how was I going to the airport as he knew I would fly at the next day, he suggested me to take taxi which cost 250 dirham, and when I asked about the train he said that there was no any mean transportation beside taxi. Luckily i didn't asked him to book that taxi directly as after that i got information from my friend that there is train to the airport and it's obly 40 dirham. Our room faced the street and it was really noisy at night. The shower head sprayed everywhere. The air-con seemed broken because we couldn't switch it on and couldn't find the remote. I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived the hotel They said they have only one room after they learned my friends are Moroccan. I checked letsbookhotel.com whether they have room or not. Someone from France has been booked a room after they said to me there is no room. Do not trust your booking even your booking guarantee says in this website. The towel in my room was some red stains on. I paid 5 dirhams for parking in the machine and also paid 10 dirhams to parking attendant. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. staff was rude and unhelpful. not for tourists.
