  Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a 'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is plentiful and the rooms are well appointed - even for a beach side 'cabin'. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. We had a slight problem with... what people say » the shower plumbing on the last night (nobody's fault) and the manager was immediately there to help out and arrange it to be fixed the next morning. - The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

  Azulik is a magical, magical place. Though at first it was a bit jarring to find that the reception area was a laptop hooked up to a generator, this is actually where its magic lay. As you traverse a densely vegetative path to get to your rooms, you quickly know you're getting yourself into something out of the ordinary. It was so romantic, especially as we had to use candle light after the sun set. Really loved having outside baths whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views (advise mosquito repellent!!). We particularly enjoyed being braced by the warm sea breeze whilst sitting on our private balcony. Felt thoroughly relaxed lounging on the swings too. Fantastic location near to great restaurants and stunning beaches.

  We had a cabana right on the beach, maybe 50 feet from the water. The beach, water, and view were breathtaking. The ocean breeze was great to keep us from being too hot. It's perfect, if you value the raw beauty of nature, over amenities. The staff was super nice & the food & cocktails were really good, even by my spoiled NYC standards... what people say » . The Hemingway is very European Boho chic, everyone was Italian. They even have 2 adorable friendly cats that hang around. It felt very tranquil a - It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute at the Hemingway. The location is outstanding, the breakfast (included) and the food delicious, and the staff very attentive and friendly indeed. The owner, Paola, was fantastic. Wonderful place for pets too. Looking forward to coming back to the Hemingway when we get a chance!

The rooms are well set out to give you privacy and you are surrounded by a very well designed garden.The rooms are spacious and meet every need and were far more up market than what I expected for the price. It was very clean and the staff are so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Good variety,fresh and plenty o - We stayed at the Posada Yum Kin in November and extended our stay. The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms have character, and the service is excellent. Liz, the manager, was particularly great - really helpful and friendly. She made our stay memorable. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The hotel is a bit out of the town but we didn't find this a problem, and you can hire bikes if you want to - they'll get you everywhere you need. Already recommending to others.
