Everything. Extreme friendly welcome! The free bike service is pretty cool and helped us to get around Tulum. The lady that covered reception in the mornings is extremely friendly and helpful. The place seemed very secure too as there was always someone around.

Very friendly staff who really made you feel welcome, So nice even when we were supposed to check out, we could leave our bags and go to a cenote and when we came back they offered us towels and the ability to shower. Very thoughtful!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and lovely. It was a great city location, nice and quiet but close to good restaurants, shopping and night life. The staffs reccommedations of restaurants were great. It's a cheap cab ride to the ruins and the beach. The hotel will rent bikes which is a great way to get to the beach.

The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

We had a cabana right on the beach, maybe 50 feet from the water. The beach, water, and view were breathtaking. The ocean breeze was great to keep us from being too hot. It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute at the Hemingway. The location is outstanding, the breakfast (included) and the food delicious, and the staff very attentive and friendly indeed. The ocean view room was spectacular. Simple small room. Grounds were kept in excellent shape. After sunset they have roaming guards with flash lights protecting the property entrance from the beach (no fences) that definitely provided much needed safety reassurance since communal bathrooms/showers in the middle of the night can be a little intimidating/dangerous especially for female guests. With that being said all guests were friendly and safety was the LEAST of our concerns.

Upon arrival the staff greeted us and introduced themselves. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff really made you feel at home. Everyone was do sweet and friendly. The owner Karla was very gracious, introducing herself to patrons and gave us reccomendations on what to do/see, etc. The staff feels like family. Not stuffy and the grounds are beautifully kept. The restaurant has a nice variety of things to eat and they have a brick pizza oven. Also, The wifi was great and kept me connected.
