Simple, clean rooms with a kitchenette and A/C. The grounds were clean and the staff were friendly. Decent location to walk to restaurants or to cab/bike to the beach. Close to anywhere downtown. Clean. Modest price for clean, basic accommodation centrally located in quiet side street. The place was very clean, the person checking me in didn't speak any English. Realy nice and helpful service; good location od the place - close to centre.
