We just got back from our trip and stayed at Santa Matia Hotel. We stayed for 7 night. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very freindly. The appartements are very luxerios, beds are comfortable and TV and WiFi fine. There are some useful tools in the kitchen, but don't expect cooking, boiling eggs are the most you can do and there is a wine opener and a microwave. For breakfast it is ok, but go dining in the nearby restaurants up the street towards town. There's a big supermarket and a Starbucks opposite the area. We spent one night only as a very convenient place near SJdCabo airport. The staff was great as was the food and entire facility. Their shuttle service was right on the money and I'd not hesitate to stay there again. Let me repeat, it's near airport not San Jose del Cabo city. -

The service was impressive, as the guys running the place were truly helpful (they even drove me to the rental car place.
