Helpfull staff. (Had car problems and was helped greatly and problems were fixed)

Not really a seafood eater, more of a meat eater... Would have loved to have had some roast beef & mashed potatoes....Mind you, I didn't starve and I ccertainly didn't go thirsty... Had a wonderfull stay over all.

The best part was the friendly staff. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are a few feet from the beach.

The snack bar food needs improvement. It's tasteless and needs to be changed up at least every other day.

The friendly staff was terrific all the way around=every restraraunt, bar, maid, and rest of the staff. Very helpful in every way.

The snack bar=boring. . need to change it up at least every other day. We had to spend money outside to have different food. The restraraunt for a steak or seafood was a bit annoying as well, it should be allowed to more people. Or more of those options available to more of the people there. Funny how its a seafood area and were only offered fish. . . Sad because I love Shrimp and other seafood. So disappointed on the food.

The resort is well laid out and the staff are wonderful. The meals in the La Bamba restaurant were good.

We had an annoying leak in the ceiling of our bathroom that was not fixed during our stay.

Not much,the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Too many stairs for my spouse. They insisted we pay with pesos for the entire trip when we arrived and would not take our Visa as we understood at the time of booking unless we agreed to pay an extra 12% quite unhappy. Drinks were terrible. The resort wanted to charge $115 us each if they picked us up from the Airport for a 800 peso drive in a Taxi.We just felt ripped off from this resort.
