  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. As soon as I got there, I asked the manager to switch to a different hotel. He kindly sent me to the Casino Plaza hotel in downtown. I really apreciated it. Thank you, guys!

  Good location, good property. Recommend to all . I booked a two room suite and was happy with the size, kitchen , dining available . Great value for money. - location was very convinient, I enjoyed the friendly staff. will stay again if I go back on a business trip. worth it for the cost.

I love Puerto Vallarta and this is my favourite place to stay. - It's a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, MX and is right on the most famous beach. Has colonial Mexican charm and the employees were delightful. It' a great contrast from the modern high-rise resorts and condos in different pats of the PV area.

FOr the price of a hotel room (a very good price) we had a living room, bedroom, and kitchen (the kitchen was in a separate room), the living room was very large and the bedroom was a fantastic size. We will stay there again on our next trip through (we do minimum once a year). The area is so quiet - Excellent rooms with a balcony facing the pool (staff bent over backwards to let me pick the best room, since it was low season). Very helpful reception desk (booked a customized Tequila trip for me). Safe and quiet area.
