  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm. Brft was delicious and had omlette made perfectly. - Despite the reservation I had made to this hotel, I didn't realize it was s... what people say » o far from downtown. As soon as I got there, I asked the manager to switch to a different hotel. He kindly sent me to the Casino Plaza hotel in downtown. I really apreciated it. Thank you, guys!
