  This hotel, bar none, was one of our top 2 or 3 hotels we ever stayed in! All rooms came with a view of the bay, with a nice size balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and night colours bouncing off the bay. A small limited kitchenette and living room were included along with a gigantic king size bed, making the whole experience feel like a condo inside... what people say » a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was very good and actually reasonable, costing us less than $100 for meals and wine. The breakfast buffet was 5 star a - The view from our room was spectacular. Room upgrade fantastic. Pool areas had great views of the beach. Facilities in room were excellent.

  My husband and I loved this hotel. Service was excellent and friendly. Beach right outside of the hotel was perfect. We felt so safe staying here and getting around in taxis was so easy. Italian restaurant was our fav. Have to tr the pizza and tiramisu. Chiles rellenos at the beach bar are so good too. Everything was great and the hotel was beauti... what people say » ful. - We were very happy with our accommodations and the staff and will return on our next trip to Acapulco.

  They were really really kind to us, a little expensive but worth it. They let us stay until 6 pm even when check out time is at 12, so we really appreciated it! Thank you! - The location is excellent. Also the staff was most helpful.

  They took dogs, and it cute, the staff was very nice. The location was great and it had a terrific feeling to it.
