  The staff was great. WE requested a room with a mini fridge, although not available the first night they put us in a room with mini fridge the second day for the duration of our stay. (We stayed one week). The hotel is in an excellent location...minute from the beach and 5th Ave. - location was perfect for us

  Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! The place is simple, but neat and cozy. Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enoug - Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  Very cute hotel with a great location. Short walk to the beach. Super friendly and helpful staff (Fernando will help you find your way around town). A great value! - Rooms were very clean. Hotel was like an oasis in the middle of Playa del Carmen. Two blocks from beach and tourist area. Staff extremely courteous and helpful.

  The rooms were very cozy and the cleaning was very good. And it was the perfect distance to the beaches, and they had enough towels both for beach use and the room.   We have been more than happy for our choice. This cozy boutique hotel it is right in La Quinta avenue, in a perfect location for shopping, dining and going to the beach. The staff is very kind, always available for any advise you might need to explore the area. For the other attractions (Xcaret and Tulum) we used the car we rented. The hotel gave us free beach towels and discounts for Ma - The personnel was very, very nice and caring. I could change my room after two nights (I wanted a room with own balcony). The hotel was really beautifully decorated and there was trees between the stairs to upper rooms. I loved the candles by night and the nice public balcony with sofa where you could watch over the street and have your coffee. (Starbuck was just opposite.)
