A mandatory security deposit of USD 49 is required upon arrival and will not be refunded. It will cover for any unintentional damages made to the property up to a USD 500 value. Check-in and check-out takes place at The Bric Hotel, located on Calle 28, between 5th Avenue and 10th Avenue from 08:00 to 20:00. If guests arrive between these hours they will receive the keys, and check-in materials; after they will be driven to the facility. If guests arrive after 20:00 hours, security personnel will be waiting for them with and envelope with the guest's name, a map, the keys and a cellphone with its charger. The property will be expecting the guest's call to confirm their arrival. Staff from Bric will then meet you or schedule a meeting for the next day to welcome the guest and review the facility's specifics.
