If guests arrive between these hours they will receive the keys, and check-in materials; after they will be driven to the facility. If guests arrive after 20:00 hours, security personnel will be waiting for them with and envelope with the guest's name, a map, the keys and a cellphone with its charger. The property will be expecting the guest's call to confirm their arrival. Staff from Bric will then meet you or schedule a meeting for the next day to welcome the guest and review the facility's specifics.
