The hotel is near by the city center (Zocalo, Templo Mayor, Cathedral) in a very pleasant and safe place.

Fantastic location, decent internet, friendly and informative bell boy.

Fish smell in hallway, rather surprised at price ( more than expected) but decent.

Nice location close the the Zocalo on a pedestrian only street.

The WiFi didn't work most of the time. The bed was Reeealy hard. The staff was not very friendly. The price was high for the quality of this hotel

Friendly and helpful bell-boys and location in the City centre.

Being awoken by the maid entering our room at 08.00, when we were due to leave the hotel at 13.00 hrs. The obvious deterioration of the hotel in general and our bathroom in particular. The whole place needs smartening up. No air-conditioning or even a fan!
