The staff was very friendly, helpful & courteous. I had some problems with my Visa communicating with their machine but they just kept on working with me until it was resolved.

Nothing that could be helped but, the workers outside started early everyday so it was loud in the mornings.

It is located in the gay district so perfect for gay/lesbian visitors. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars for hanging out. Also close to the subway station "Insurgentes", only 7 - 10 min walk

The entrance is bit obscure but as long as you keep an eye on the sign on the roadside you should be able to spot it.

As it was almost empty, it was very easy to sleep.

The staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. 10 us per night is great for that location. You get what you pay for. Nice hot shower

there was nothing added, no breakfast, potable water etc.. the suites were overpriced and seemed to be used for local booty calls.
