  The hotel is located a few minutes away from the city center. It is owned by a gentleman from United Kingdom. Very nice home atmosphere made us feel very welcomed. Great location, friendly and helpful staff were amazing. Hotel has seen better days, but a treasure in its current form. When you arrive you do not find a grand lobby but you do get a welcome that makes you feel as if you are at home, and have someone to turn to should you have any questions about getting around Merida.
