  I have stayed at many hotels in Mexico City...some much more expensive...but this hotel has a great location, rooms are large and clean, staff was extremely welcoming, professional and friendly...and they upgraded my room without asking as a courtesy....wonderful stay...this will be my go to Hotel from now on...the hotel shopping is done...stay he... what people say » re and you wont be disappointed! Oh right...didnt mention the free breakfast....lots of choice...:) - Great location Easy to get a taxi as they're out the front Friendly staff Breakfast was adequate - toast, muesli, yoghurt, donuts, a hot dish, fruit, tea and coffee and available until quite late each day Wifi was intermittent and didnt actually work the last 24hrs if our stay but mostly ok if you stand in the right place in your room ! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quirky ! I'd stay again

  The staff made me wait a very long time to check in, they said they hadn't received the info from letsbookhotel.com yet. Also I didn't liked at all that just as I was getting out of the shower in a towel, a staff member tried to open the door (just to check the minibar, that in fact was locked, and remained that way all the time) if it weren't fo... what people say » r the door lock I had just put before taking my bath. I actually heard the guy knocking and shouting door by door just to check the minibar. - Staff very polite and provide a good service. Our security box was defective and immediatly after we did mentionned, somebody came to fix it right away. This is a good service ant the employee was very niice and polite..

  First off, upon arrival, at around 8am in the morning at the hotel we explained to the young girl behind the counter that we understood that check-in was at 3pm, but were wondering if we could leave our luggage so we could venture out without having to tske them. She smiled and asked to see our reservations, pounded her keyboard, and asked if we w... what people say » ould mind a room on the 10th floor. We said that would be fine, and in less than a minute a were headed up the elevator with the electronic key. What - Well decorated, very clean, friendly staff who were very helpful, excellent restaurant, nice location. I have no complaints, I will stay here again.

  The staff was courteous and always attentive to our needs. The suite was fantastic! On our last night we were able to entertain several of my family members due to the spaciousness of the suite. The view from the balcony was awsome. The shower and water pressure was great, I am going to miss that alot.The included breakfasts were delicous wide a v... what people say » ariey of choices. The included airport transfer was a great plus and the driver was an excellent chauffer. The price was right. We cannot say enough a - The apartment is very large in a great location, near everything, subway, many restaurants, shops, a bar, disco. Very comfortable apartment with excellent cleaning. The apartments are extremely soundproof and very large bed so comfy that we had the best sleep. The impeccable attention to detail in everything, the decor, chinese chic vases and lamps. They was beautiful, the room furnishings were top quality and I felt like I was in a luxurious apartment. The front desk staff were exceptional.

  The room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. It was also very quiet. The staff reminded that the clocks were going forward the day before checkout which was brilliant otherwise I would have missed my flight. There were some problems with WiFI internet access and my room phone but two staff sorted it our very quickly. It's a great locati... what people say » on. - Excellent clean hotel. Great location close to metro and also for walking the city. The rooms are well soundproofed with very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a balcony in every room which has great sights over the city. Would definately stay here again - great value for money.

  Got a king sized bed a bit firm but slept well. Loved the kitchenette with small fridge and microwave. Good water pressure in shower. Very close to metro insurgentes and zona rosa.
