  Very friendly and helpful reception and nice cleaning and cooking staff. Their location is really good, 2 min to the Metrobus station, within 10 min to the subway station and 20 min to the Plaza Reforma. I walked a lot because it's enjoyable to do so. I like cooking at the kitchen at the roof top and I saw quite a few other guests doing - The staff and owner are very personable, down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you ask them a question they will help you. Everyone speaks perfect English and they're all very well educated. I met some amazing people in the hostel from around Latin America.
