The location is excellent; across from the ADO bus station. The value is very good. The place was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was abit "green". The other staff was friendly.
I would stay here again. Close to the shopping on Tulum Avenue. -

Like the renovations to the rooms, look very nice, beds very comfortable. Happy that one member of the front desk spoke very good English, thank you!!! Loved the peacocks & parrots in the garden. The closeness to the bus depot is wonderful, very convenient. -

We spent 11 nights here after seeing the good reviews. We were not
disappointed, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very
big, 2 double beds, seating area, small fridge, microwave, large
wardrobe, digital safe, ironing board etc. the mattresses are hard, but
we asked for additional blankets to be fitted and this made them more
comfy.
