  Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well.   I liked everything about the hotel, the building is great, the room is excellent and the view just breathtaking. The staff = very, very friendly, efficient and wellcoming which is just what anyone might need. The beach might not be the best beach in Cancun when the sea is not calm but that doen not affect the hotel. I did eat at Gustino twice so g... what people say » ood it is, in fact it is superb!
