I loved bathroom where they somehow managed to fit in good walk-in shower and a short but very deep bath which was comfortable even with my height! Cleaning was perfect. I totally loved attitude of staff and the fact that you can use hotel car - The service was excellent and impeccable! The staff went above and beyond expectations and were very courteous!   The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The bedroom was a bit small with a hard bed, but had a very large bathroom with tub. It was in a good location, and fairly central. We were able to walk to many other parts of town and destinations.

  It's a perfect place to stay in Mexico City for a family with small child. The suites are well-equiped, clean and very nice. There is everything you might need. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. There are a laundry and a gym free of charge. There were no problems with wi-fi in room, the signal was strong and constant. Definitely we'll s... what people say » tay here next time we come to Mexico City. - Our room was very clean and cosy, with all necessary kitchen equipment: microwave oven, fridge, plate and dishes. The staff does not speak English but they were very polite and friendly. The Sevilla metro station is in about 10 min walk and the Chapultepec is in about 15-20 min walk. Would recommend for staying.
