It's amazing hotel!!!!. Hotel is very spacious and give a lot of opportunities to spend time and relax. Swimming pools are incredible. Rooms are comfortlable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A lof of dining options; restaurants a'la carte are absolutely the best - very tasty cuisine. Nice night shows with professional dancers. There is not available mobile networks and free wifi into the rooms. There is free wifi in the lobby.

Important information to guests

Supplement of $35 USD per person per day, for wet areas of the SPA for Grand Palladium. -Please note there will be a Gala Dinner Christmas & New Years Eve (24 of December and 31 December) that will be mandatory to include in your room rate due to the holidays. The additional charge will be 70 USD including tax per person. Children pay 50 percent. Please note that no refunds will be given in case of early departure. All guests are also invited to use the facilities provided by the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa, the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa. A mandatory Environmental Sanitation Fee issued by the Municipality of Solidaridad of the State of Quintana Roo will be imposed on all guests on a per room, per night basis. Information about the area

The Mayan Riviera is the touristic area situated along the Caribbean Sea in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Geographically it extends along the coast with a longitude of 130km, from the town of Puerto Morelos in the north to the town of Punta Allen in the south.

By Car: From the Cancún airport take the Chetumal-Puerto Juárez highway in the direction of Tulum, going through the towns of Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and lastly, Puerto Aventuras. From this last town, continue driving for five more minutes and you will find the resort on your left.
By Taxi: From the airport taxi stop, the resort is about 80min/90km away and the trip costs approximately 65 USD.
