  Staff was very nice and very helpful. Room service and laundry were a definite plus to have in the hotel. The room looked exactly how it showed in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. I travel to Merida at least 3 times per year and I will definitely stay at this hotel again. - Very pleasant garden/swimming pool area, comfortable rooms

  Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards their guests. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge.   The hotel is full of old world charms, some beautiful original features. While out room was small it served our needs well. Bathroom was small but manageable. Great location, friendly and helpful staff were amazing. Hotel has seen better days, but a treasure in its current form.
