Friendliness of the staff and particularly appreciated being allowed to check-in early as we had just arrived from a 12 hour flight. Breakfast was allowed until mid-day and there was no pressure in terms of time to check-out.

Sept, 2013. The staff were very helpful, especially Christine, who
arranged for our timely Airport Transfer on a very short notice and
arranged for a early check-in at about 10:00 am. There is another
helpful gentleman at the hotel whose name I am not sure of, who also

Staff were excellent. We arrived very early. So our room wasn't ready but they allowed us to use another room in the meantime to freshen up after a long flight, The whole resort is very new. So the interior design and look of the rooms is very attractive. The kitchen area is very well placed and super to use. The resort is situated within walking distance to the bus stop that will take you into Gran Baai for shopping. Access to the public beach of Mon Choisy is via a gate past the pool area. Th

Great central location. The hotel was a good base to explore Mauritius. We hired a car (booked independently) and went to several sights including the Botanical gardens and L'adventure de Sucre, and beaches that weren't too far away. Pool was good. We didn't do any of the water sports available. Only meal we had at hotel was the buffet breakfast -

Excellent all round,not only for family but well positioned in Grand Baie to all excursions, shops, restaurants.It was my daughters 21st birthday and they arranged a cake for her, but better still, which was an extra surprise was that the hotel arranged the Sega dancers to come and dance and sing at our table for my daughter in the Nautic restaurant!! Fillet steak their was excellent!!

Everything was perfect, a new apart hotel with all the comforts of home. The staff and Manager were very helpful and recommended great tourist attractions in the area. Wi fi was given for free. Belle Haven in Trou aux Biches is the best kept secret nobody in Mauritius knows about this place? -
