Nice friendly staff, they also organize good tours of Cameron Highlands with pick-up from the doorstep. Free internet, good location, very close to centre. Nice garden with lots of plants.

The only thing we did not like was that we had a shared balcony with another room and the other guests scattered their laundry all over it.

The family that runs the hotel is very helpful in answering any questions, booking trips, bus tickets etc. One can really tell they care about the hotel a lot- it is spotless, very well kept, also in a very convienient and comfortable way for the quests. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

spacious rooms,clean , comfortable and stylish. Extremely helpful and friendly staff and proprietor . Charming garden.Proximity to main street but not too close.

Unfortunate outlook onto unfinished ugly hotel block ---not the fault of the Hillview Inn.

Beautiful landscape at the right location. The room is clean and the condition is just right for budget accommodation. Suitable for backpackers.

The door knob is not functioning well making it lack of safety.

Centrally located but very peaceful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have an old-fashioned charm that evokes the hill-station atmosphere. The staff have a certain old-fashioned charm of their own too, which doesn't stop them being very efficient.

An extra blanket for the bed would not have come amiss during those chilly mountain nights.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. It is very different with the other hotels. It looks like staying at our own home.

The most things I didn't like were; 1. With the costs of RM160 per night no tv in the room. 2. No tea sachets and hot water. 3. Water tab is too slow. 4. Charge of using wi-fi imposed to the users. 4. I won't come to this hotel unless the above mentioned Improved.

they send staff to pick up us from bus station, very near to city center for food or others shop, lady staff very friendly but not male staff, room is clean

not bad in general, just super over price.

It's not that it is bad in general, but my room was extremely overpriced. I was in a suite (I guess, was the only one available on booking): the room was big, but old and bad furnished, with a very old bathroom where the hot water was working so and so. I paid 130rm, the real value is probably 80rm. Moreover, their offers to go to perenthian or kota bharu are really expensive, you can find cheapest solutions asking in other agencies in town. Go for other places.

Because they didn't have any rooms for us, which we had booked and received a confirmation email for, we were given an apartment down the road. This apartment was very big and comfortable. The breakfast and laundry service were good.

They didn't have our pre-booked rooms when we arrived. It is currently opposite a building site.

It was clean and comfortable located amid green ambiance. Staff were friendly and totally it was satisfactory ...

Rooms are separated with sidewalls with a door. We couldn't sleep other day because guys in next room were making noise until midnight..

Room was generally clean and well appointed, price was good. Location is good. Brusque, matter of fact service from the front desk.

Bed linen could have been a little cleaner, bed was too soft. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Very cute looking hotel with a lovely garden in front to enjoy a drink. Good food, for breakfast at least. Spacious rooms for the Queen sized bed. A standard room was much smaller.

Very basic facilities, small shower with the on switch for hot water outside the room. Due to a building site a lot of trucks where driving around. Don't forget to ask for an extra blanket if you get cold easily.

unfriendly staff, they didn't clean while we were there (i.e. no clean towels). Shower didn't work properly. You had to leave your shoes downstairs. It was too expensive for what you got (breakfast was also not included)
