It is a real value for money. I will be making more trips to KL to see my daughter at Monash U, I will certainly be staying at Summit. The front desk staff are very obliging esp Aslina n Raja. Conveniently located with good shopping around with restaurants. Breakfast had varieties with good service from the staff. Veg potato curry from leaf restaurant must try. The hotel was clean & the room was so nicely arranged. I enjoyed my stay with my friend. Although it was one night, I truly enjoyed the view & my stay.

I liked the fact of free wi-fi. prompt service staffs. near to major towns. Iron and iron board available in room. Near to shopping mall. The rooms are refurbished moderately.... Nice location Free parking. Location was ok. breakfast. none!. There shud be more signs at the carpark to denote the exits points. I spend quite a while navigating around the carpark looking for the exit points. Carpet floor was wet in some corners close to bath room. Due to construction nearby, getting a taxi could be a challenge at times. The buffet breakfast was not up to the hotel standards!. Nope... the telephone system can be better. the local call function kept going in error. the toilet (wc)has no bidet. the shower screen is not moveable.. No safe in room. Traffic direction into hotel drive way is hidden and car park is not exclusive to hotel guests. Its only interior refurbishment but the price increased. Hotel website is very poor including the online booking page. Always have problem booking through hotel website. Room Service few times took the old towels but didn't bring new ones Wifi strictly limited to one device and not transferable. Additional devices 30RM/night When issuing a complaint at the front desk, staff reacted unfriendly and didn't help solving the issues Lots of ongoing construction work around the hotel, also noisy during the night and weekends in the room. Small pool Concierge always doesn`t want to order a taxi for you but promote hotel`s service which is much more expensive. The carpark does not seem to be safe because it is linked to a shopping mall. stiff mattress and pillow low quality of supplied shaver that make my lip hurt. for a 4 star hotel guest is not given a complimentary breakfast instead we have to pay for it...even 2 or 3 star hotel guest were given free breakfast. Rooms are smelly. breakfst buffet very poor. No towel provided in room , 1st n 2nd day hv to request for towel . Staff no friendly , poor.
