The hotel provided basic, safe comfort in a quiet place even though it was above two restaurants. Easy to adjust air conditioning. Hot water, good shampoo and body gel. Kettle in room. breakfast at restaurant with Malaysian options and European and America options. Staffs are friendly & value for money to stay, best choice if plan to have fun at i-city waterworld which is dobby dry cleaning is near to the hotel.
all reviews » (i) Suprise with the welcome drink as it stated as budget hotel. (ii) Lots of parking space. (iii) Extra fully equipped eg. slipper. Hotel and hotel rooms are so nice and splashing with decorative interior. So , keep it and maintained the style. Location - not too hectic Car park - enough just in front of the hotel Nice interior decor and very welcoming. very near the i-city, the room is very clean and the staff services is good also. U know each room has differnt lind of art n style, mybe. I really like that. The room quite nice and clean. Need to maintain the condition of the room. Staffs is very nice support and help. The hotel room is nice and clean. near to UiTM near to eating place. we could choose a room. We love the designer look of the room and the surroundings and we are impressed with the complimentary welcome drinks at Jendala Bali and fantastic breakfast at Hailam Kopitiam nearby. Parking is easy and is nearby I-City Shah Alam. The hotel strategically located in the heart of the City. Nice and funny decoration Staff helpfull and friendly. Design Interior Conceptual Good Comfy Bed. Comfort for my family. i like the decoration. price is reasonable. The room design. I liked the design of the hotel as it is unique. Coffee shop downstairs was okay. few TV channels, beds were basic,. (i) Different block building from main lobby building -Not so safe for solo traveller. (ii) No elevator in the separate block. Nothing. A bit busy during nights due to nearby restaurants and cafes for nightlife Wardrobe didn't provided Some of the staffs are not friendly. very hardly looking the chinese restaurant. Dont have any refrigerator. No refigerator so we don't have cold water or can freeze any which required. Toilet is too small. It will be better if laundry bag could be provided. The list of menu for breakfast is limited. Not many choices are available. The rooms with the lakeview are ok. But the ones facing the backlane , which was untidy ( the backlanes ). The staffs especially the receptionist for check out are not so friendly and not even appreciate me as a costumer!!!. the staffs were not friendly & didn't help much.. i waited for more than 10 minutes in front of the counter while they chatted & making personal calls (handphone). spot mosquitos in the room. rooms above a bali restaurant are quite noisy (music), better above the lobby without lake view. The facilities seems like not well maintain. We found scrapped off wallpapers and faulty security main door. Cleanliness also can be improved. Very small family room, not easy for 4 peoples.... Bathroom not clean Room and bathroom need some renovation. Breakfast too bad..... The Pipe was broken in the toilet No Mini Bar or Refrigerator There's always ants around the table near the coffee amenities. got a ugly smell in toilet. no water hitter. Small room & got mosquito. The bathroom was bad as water did not flow properly could be caused by some blockage. It was noisy. Was awaken at 2.00am from noises made by young visitors knocking doors of other rooms near to ours. We found it very rude as it disturbed other occupants. Furniture was in shambles Room fairly small Internet so-so No mini bar. The bathroom too small Moreover room got mosquito.
