Such a beautiful place to stay and cute little cottages. Having meals over looking the tea gardens gives such a pleasant experience. Wish I had time to stay longer.

Good if you want to try something special- bamboo houses are stylish. Good tea.
the scenery is nice.
The road was a little bumpy on the way in.
The road into the long house was too bumpy. In letsbookhotel.com was mentioned breakfast was included for 6 people but once there was told that letsbookhotel.com made a mistake and breakfast was not included. Could serve hot tea to guests as no drinks could be bought after 10 pm when the restaurant was closed. no facilities to have hot water for drinking.
Very basic but comfortable accommodation
Tours could be displayed more clearly - we missed the foot fish massage
Transport options to and from.
quilt wasn't thick and big enough to keep warm while temperature dropped in the night. Hardly had bus to reach this location.
Hard to get there- no bus, we hade to go by expensive taxi (200 RM from Kota Kinabalu). You get very basic acoommodation although the price is high. There is no market so you must buy water from the resort and 6RM per 1,5l water is unbeatable the highest price in Malaysia. Nice to stay for one day, but after one day there is definitely nothing to do.
the poor cleanliness of bathroom and toilet.
